Stephen’s journey began at the age of 16, when he started building above-ground pools in Central Illinois. By the age of 18, Stephen began working for Etcheson Spa & Pool and had the honor of working under the late Jon Etcheson. Jon was not only a mentor but also a source of inspiration, instilling in Stephen the values of excellence, passion, building lasting relationships with customers and priortizing their satisfaction; values that guide our service today.

I contacted Steve earlier this season after being ghosted by a different pool contractor in the area. Our pool was left in shambles by the other contractor and Steve helped to put it back together.
